I had a pleasant stay overall, with the hotel's central location being its biggest highlight. I had a mixed experience at Quatro Puerta Del Sol. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Madrid, but the loud construction noise and thin walls seriously detracted from my stay. The cleanliness of my room also raised concerns when I discovered a decomposing sandwich in the wardrobe. The staff were friendly, but more attention to maintenance and customer care is needed.
